Light in Technology: Touch me Not & Reactive Orb

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

In this children’s workshop held at the Goa Science Center, teenagers learnt the building blocks of electronic systems. They learnt about the components of an electronic system, how to put them together and programmed them to react to touch. The participants were then taught how to make a flower that lights up when touched.

In the second workshop, teenagers learnt to make a Reactive Orb: a tap sensitive orb that lights up with a unique colour for each tap.

Ankit is deeply passionate about building objects, tools and systems that improve convenience, value and ease in everyday life.
