1. Concept/Intent
a. Interpretation of subject (imaginative, well-conceptualised, bold and thorough)
b. Message – clearly defined and resonating with festival
2. Educational impact
a. Audience engagement (active / passive)
b. Ability to share knowledge
c. Interactivity for visitor where applicable
3. Execution ability
a. Experience of project team
b. Feasibility of execution
c. Environmental considerations (e.g. use of recycled materials)
